- Developing existing customer accounts by introducing and selling additional product ranges.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable agricultural equipment.
- Generating new business through proactive telesales and outbound calling.

- Promoting and selling a range of agricultural products and equipment.
- Following up on enquiries, quotations and prospective customers.
- Working towards sales targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Contributing ideas and helping shape the success of our new sales team.
About You

- Previous experience in telesales, internal sales or outbound B2B sales.
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
- The ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in generating new business and developing existing accounts.
- A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven mindset and the motivation to earn commission.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The flexibility to work 5 days over 7, including some weekends.
- Agricultural knowledge or experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right sales attitude, personality and drive.

- Permanent, full-time employment.
- The opportunity to be part of a brand-new sales team from the beginning.
