The Role

As an SDR, you will be at the sharp end of the business, responsible for outbound lead generation across a wide range of industries. You will be selling our portfolio of products to end users and acting as the first point of contact for new prospects. Your goal is simple: create quality conversations, deliver compelling information, and secure meetings for our Business Development team.

You will be targeting customers across:

  • Retail
  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Automotive

This is a hands-on outbound role where resilience, organisation, and enthusiasm are key to success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Proactively generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Engaging decision-makers and providing detailed product information
  • Qualifying prospects and booking high-quality meetings for the BDM team
  • Using AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems to manage activity and performance
  • Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales team in a high-energy environment

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
