We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our friendly team in Morley, LS27. This is a fully office-based role with flexible hours, designed to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing 400 – 600 orders per week and managing payment allocations
- Handling payroll, wages, and bank reconciliations
- NEST pensions management and awareness of wages and tax codes
- Checking customer payments on delivery and inputting payments (cash, direct debit, credit) into the system
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping records using SAGE 50
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAGE 50 (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No criminal convictions (a DBS check will be completed prior to employment)
