Property Experience Essential
We're looking for someone who has a background in property, property development, interior or exterior home improvements, or the construction industry. This could include experience within estate agency, property development, interior design, interior fit-out, loft conversions, home extensions, conservatories, housebuilding or similar sectors. You'll have an understanding of how residential projects are delivered and be confident managing customers through a project-based sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Consultant to join our growing team based on Kirkstall Road, Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist home improvement business delivering high-quality interior design, loft conversions, home extensions, conservatories and other residential improvement projects. The Role
Working closely with homeowners, subcontractors and installers, you'll coordinate projects, prepare quotations, keep customers informed and ensure every project progresses smoothly from enquiry through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries from homeowners.
- Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to project completion.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Liaise with surveyors, installers, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate projects.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
