Are you an experienced field sales professional within fire engineering or building services? Do you have the industry knowledge and commercial drive to develop accounts and win new business across Yorkshire? We are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to join a growing and reputable building services provider, specialising in fire engineering, fire testing, access control and security solutions.
The Role
- Covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas, you will:
- Attend pre-booked sales meetings with commercial, industrial, engineering & manufacturing clients
- Proactively book and attend your own client meetings
- Develop and grow existing accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Deliver against agreed annual sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Represent the business professionally in the field
This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business development, ideal for a driven and organised sales professional who enjoys autonomy.
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience is essential– fire engineering, fire protection, building services or related sector
- Proven track record in field-based B2B sales
- Experience managing territories and delivering against annual targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own diary
- Full UK driving licence
