Location: Home-Based / Field-Based with occasional visits to our West Yorkshire office

Are you a driven new business hunter with a passion for winning new clients and building lasting relationships? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company that delivers high-quality refurbishment and maintenance solutions across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Field Sales Executive to join the team and play a key role in expanding the business.

The Role

This is a home-based and field-based position where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, identify new opportunities, and generate new business. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline, booking appointments, meeting prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll be selling a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Refurbishment Solutions
  • Reactive Maintenance
  • Planned Maintenance
  • Roofing Services
  • Property Upgrades

Occasional travel to the company's West Yorkshire office will be required for meetings and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Book and attend your own client appointments.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive.
  • A confident and motivated new business hunter.
  • Experienced in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • A full UK driving licence holder.
  • Experience within the property maintenance, construction, facilities management or refurbishment sector would be highly advantageous, but it is not essential.
