We are a leading hospital technology business looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career looking to develop their skills, receive high-quality training, and grow within a respected and supportive organisation.
You will be field-based, working across Yorkshire and the North East, meeting clients, booking visits, and supporting our mission to deliver innovative technology solutions to the healthcare and construction sectors.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing relationships with builders, architects, hospitals, and GP practices
- Booking and attending site visits
- Shadowing an experienced sales representative as you learn the business
- Managing a mix of short and long sales cycles
- Handling deals ranging from Β£20k to multi-million-pound contracts
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Who We Are Looking For:
- Someone confident picking up the phone and learning a new industry
- Ideally has B2B sales experience
- Patient, curious, and eager to learn technical products
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building a strong career in field sales
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own car
- Desirable: A degree in a technical field such as Architecture, Construction, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
