A rapidly growing national environmental services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead, develop, and drive its civils operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse civils programme of works across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil projects within the commercial, construction and water treatment industries across the UK
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring defined scopes, accurate programmes of work, and full QSHE compliance
- Scope, estimate, and quote civils works with accuracy and timely turnaround
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and labour utilisation, taking corrective action where required
- Attend sites to review proposals, RAMS, layouts, and ensure contractual requirements can be met
- Manage all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including recruitment, training, performance, payroll, holidays, and scheduling
- Support senior leadership in driving QSHE compliance and operational excellence
- Manage accident/incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of learnings
- Review and assess RAMS to ensure they remain fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience
- IOSH or CITB SMSTS (5-Day) and valid CSCS card
- 5–10 years' experience in civils/drainage planning and management within the water or civils sector
- Proven experience as a Civils Construction Manager or Contracts Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and CDM Regulations
- Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Valid UK driving licence
