HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver – Keighley, West Yorkshire
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE) £25.00 per nightout
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Times: Between 05:00 – 07:00
- Work Type: Tramping role (overnight stays required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for scheduled deliveries and collections
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Adhere to all road safety and driver hours regulations
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous tramping experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
