This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive salesperson who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and maximising their earnings. With a competitive basic salary, car allowance and uncapped commission paid on new business, existing business and rolling contracts, this role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to build ongoing commission income.
About the company:
Founded in 2020, this award-winning technology services provider has grown year on year, offering a broad portfolio of business technology solutions, including CCTV, access control, electronic security, business telecoms, connectivity, mobile solutions and data services. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission from existing business and rolling contracts, rewarding you for building and developing a valuable customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 60+ targeted outbound sales calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, prospect and engage potential business customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business growth.
- Generate revenue from new customers while developing existing accounts and rolling contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
- Attend the Brighton office 1–2 days per week for training, support and team collaboration.
About you:
We're interested in candidates with a proven track record in B2B sales within either the security products industry or the telecoms and connectivity sector. You do not need experience in both. You may have experience selling CCTV, access control or electronic security systems, or you may specialise in business telecoms, connectivity, mobile contracts, broadband, data services or related technology solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in security sales, telecoms sales, connectivity, mobile, data or technical B2B sales.
- A strong background in new-business development and winning customers.
- Confidence with cold calling, outbound prospecting and generating your own leads.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits to business customers.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to customer meetings.
