The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services & Order Processor to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placing manual orders onto the system
- Handling incoming calls and responding to live chat enquiries
- Packing items and arranging couriers for dispatch
