Key responsibilities include: - Diagnosing faults, carrying out servicing, and completing repairs on forklift and plant equipment - Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used machinery - Carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding - Working on key systems including: - Engines - Batteries - Hydraulics - Pneumatics - Reconditioning and preparing equipment for hire or resale - Completing job sheets and service records accurately - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop ---------------------------------------- What We're Looking For ? Experience working in the plant, agricultural, HGV or material handling industries (essential) ? Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems (essential) ? Experience with engines and battery-powered equipment ? Solid fault finding, service, and repair skills ? NVQ / City & Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous) ?
