Van driver/Warehouse operative in Northampton. Temp to Perm. £27,000 per annum (rising after 6-month probation). 7am-5pm (You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business).
I am currently recruiting for a Van driver/warehouse operative on behalf of a client in Northampton who specialise in the distribution of pipework, valves and air conditioning. Working out of the Northampton branch, you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries along with the safe loading & unloading of your vehicle. Occasionally, the role will require aspects of warehouse work, including picking, packing, goods inwards, and loading and unloading of vehicles.
You will need to be physically fit and able to work on your feet as the role involves some heavy lifting.
The role requires:
- Previous experience van driving 3.5 tonne
- Ideally no points on your licence
- Good attitude to work
- Forklift experience (desirable)
