Job Title: Food Production Operative with Counterbalance Location: Corby Salary: £34,705, rising to £40,830 following 5 month probationary period Our Corby-based client has a vacancy within their Production Team, with potential for an immediate start. The main criteria required to be considered for this role are: - Current counterbalance FLT licence – essential – we would need to see a copy of this prior to interview. Current Pivot Steer FLT licence – desirable Current PPT licences – desirable Food production environment experience – preferrable Reasonable standard of IT skills – Microsoft package – emails, in house stock systems – essential Able and motivated to lift loads up to 25kgs - essential Able and motivated to work our Panama style shift pattern essential Excellent communication skills – essential The role does require lifting / carrying / decanting from 25kg bags / boxes of powdered material. Manual Handling aids are provided, but it can be classed as a heavy lifting role at times.
