- Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing B2B role.
- A proven appetite for generating new business.
- Confidence approaching new customers and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience and determination when faced with rejection.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Good organisational and territory management skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider sales team.
What's on Offer?
- Β£28,000 β Β£32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
- Bonus/commission opportunity.
- Company vehicle.
- 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
- Company pension.
- Ongoing training and development.
- Recognition and reward schemes.
- Company social events.
- The opportunity to develop your career within a growing, established business.
