Job Title: Production Operative Location: St Neots Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–15:00, with an early finish on Fridays Pay Rate: £12.21 per hourInteraction Recruitment is currently recruiting for Production Operative s on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in St Neots .This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity , ideal for candidates seeking stable work within a growing company. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.Key Responsibilities: Operating both manual and automated machinery in the production of various productsPerforming visual safety checks before using manual and mechanical equipmentMaintaining high standards of housekeeping across all factory areasEnd-of-line packing and labellingRotating through various stages of the production process following trainingThere are also opportunities to develop into roles within Print Press Operations .
