Location: Kettering, Northants

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £25,750 per annum

Interaction Recruitment, recruiting on behalf of our client, are currently seeking a Quality Co-ordinator to join their Quality Services team based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering specialist audit and calibration services to a global customer base.

The Role

As a Quality Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting quality processes, ensuring audit and calibration documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Working closely with UK and China-based teams, you will help maintain high standards across quality services operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking calibration certificates
  • Reviewing audit reports across leather and laboratory services
  • Drafting accreditation documentation for laboratory and leather services
  • Updating calibration templates and procedures
  • Managing correlation templates and programmes
  • Overseeing equipment management and external calibration processes
  • Issuing reports and certificates to customers
  • Working collaboratively with technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of audit and calibration reports

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work using your own initiative

Desirable:

  • Experience working within an ISO 17025:2017 Quality System
