This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional with supervisory or team leader experience to take on a hands-on management role.
You will support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, helping to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfilment, strong stock control and a safe working environment. The successful candidate will manage a small team of up to 3 staff on a day-to-day basis, while also providing wider cover and support for a warehouse team of up to 16 staff during the Warehouse Manager's absence.
As Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily activity across goods in, picking, packing, dispatch and wider warehouse operations. You will be responsible for leading staff, allocating workloads, monitoring performance, supporting training and ensuring warehouse processes are completed accurately, safely and efficiently.
