We are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our team at a busy recycling site in Rushden.
Main Duties:
- Collecting cardboard from around the site
- Breaking down and flattening cardboard for recycling
- Operating and monitoring cardboard baling machines (full training provided)
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Supporting general recycling and housekeeping duties as required
Requirements:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Previous recycling, warehouse, or production experience is desirable but not essential
