Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Vehicle Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians and Service Technicians to join their modern workshop facility on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified or time-served mechanics looking to further develop their careers through manufacturer training, industry-recognised qualifications and a clear pathway towards Master Technician status.
The Package:

Duties:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- Complete repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
- Identify additional repair requirements and report findings accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and right first time.
- Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.
- Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and service teams.
- Adhere to company and manufacturer health and safety procedures.
- Attend training courses and manufacturer development programmes where required.
- Support delivery of exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent).
- Time-served mechanics will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a working garage environment.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Experience working within a main dealership or quality independent workshop.
- EV (Electric Vehicle) experience would be advantageous.
- MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
