The Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Quality Coordinator to join our Test Equipment department. You will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring quality standards, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout production and operations.

Maintain in-house calibration documentation, processes, and equipment.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Develop and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with production, design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality practices.

Support the implementation of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) through documentation, training, and process improvements.

Coordinate customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.

Assist in staff training on quality procedures and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform related administrative tasks.
About You
Essential:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new standards
Desirable:

Auditing experience

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17025

Engineering or science-based experience or qualifications

Understanding of lean or Six Sigma principles
