Job Title: Packing Operative
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available
Pay: £13.56 per hour, overtime £20.34 per hour after full week worked
Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to work with our well-established client based in Kettering.
They are one of the largest and most professional, independently owned businesses in the local area who offer laminating services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term position with a possibility to learn new skills and progress within the business.
Successful candidates we are looking for would benefit from an interest in machinery, great attention to detail, a desire to work hard and be part of the team. If you have previous experience within an engineering organisation this would also be an advantage.
Some of your daily duties will be:
· Production packing on and off the production line
· Feeding the line
· Fault finding and resolving
· Quality checking
· Stock movement
This role if physically demanding and will be working in a hot environment so you should be prepared for that.
