I am looking for a candidate to work with our Corby-based client on a temp to perm basis. This role is that of a Banksman and will involve an experienced person who acts as the driver's "eyes" to safely guide vehicles and machinery, like forklifts and trucks, in tight or low-visibility areas, using specific hand signals or radios to prevent accidents, protect pedestrians, and ensure efficient loading/unloading.
You must be physically fit as this is a very physical role.
