Hours: 06.45 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday, 06.45 to 11.45 on a Friday

Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries based in Warwickshire on their search for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer. Our client is a market leader who are now at a stage of growth where they are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their team. The Role:

  • You will program, set and operate predominantly HAAS machinery.
  • Offline programming will be part of this position (ONECNC)
  • You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
  • You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years\’ experience as CNC Miller, Setter and Programmer (essential)
  • Programming experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
  • Self-motivated
