Our client has a new and exciting opportunity within their Capital Recovery department for a Collections Administrator. The role will include the following daily duties:
- Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
- Processing payments
- Agreeing affordable payment arrangements with customers
- Responding to correspondence, letters and emails
- Various admin tasks such as updating system
- Always ensuring the fair treatment of customers
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation
- Ensure personal compliance with the applicable Conduct rules
- Fully comply with all company processes and procedures
- In carrying out the main accountabilities of the role ensure that all regulatory and statutory standards are met
- Liaise with and support the Team Managers and Senior Managers
- Ensure Complaints are managed in accordance with the process and requirements, where applicable
The Candidate:
- Prior experience within a clerical role with accurate data input skills required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills, particularly when dealing with telephone enquiries, sympathetic approach to vulnerable persons
- Strong IT proficiency; confident using Microsoft Office
