Working Hours: Part Time
We are working with a large company who support adults who have learning and physical disabilities within supported living homes. We are looking for compassionate and motivated support workers, who are dedicated to providing all our service users with the utmost dignity and respect. This role will require you to be flexible and committed, and you will need to be confident with following individuals' care plans and supporting with behaviours that challenge.
Minimum Requirements
- Six months of UK care experience (working with people who have learning and physical disabilities)
- Fully enhanced child and adult DBS
- Confident supporting with behaviours that challenge
- A good level of written and spoken English
- Genuine caring nature
- Willingness to get stuck in and use your initiative
Key Responsibilities
