We are currently recruiting for a caring, passionate, and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and well established early years setting. Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum Level 2 Maths qualification or willingness to work towards
- Previous management experience within a good or outstanding setting
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience working within early years education and childcare
- Good IT skills and confidence using nursery software and online systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a positive, caring, and motivated staff team
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained
- Support the implementation of the EYFS framework
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor practice and support continuous improvement across the setting
