My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In order to be considered you must have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role!
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00
Salary: DOE £32,000 (Hybrid)

About the Role
In this multifaceted role, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the Marketing and Sales departments. You'll leverage your creativity and initiative to develop engaging content, manage marketing assets, and execute strategic campaigns to elevate brand awareness for the company.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for blogs, case studies, and news updates.
- Manage marketing materials such as photos, brochures, and merchandise.
- Promote the brand through targeted campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website for better user experience and SEO.
- Improve website visibility using SEO techniques.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn account with engaging posts and interactions.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager on broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist with event planning to showcase the company.
Additional Responsibilities
- Content building for tender presentation opportunities & pitching.
- Reporting new wins & sales pipeline as required.
- Engage with various departments to successfully collate and submit data to ensure the business remains compliant with reporting requirements.
- Provide assistance with ESG goals, gathering data, creating and sharing content.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content management systems.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively.
