We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations during an assigned shift, ensuring that our people, processes and resources are working safely, efficiently and effectively. Working as part of the site leadership team, the Site Operations Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient and legally compliant execution across warehouse, transport and operational support activities. Through visible leadership, coaching and effective communication, the role supports a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement whilst delivering operational and customer performance objectives.
About you: You will be a confident and organised supervisor who can motivate a team and remain calm under pressure. You will have strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the operational team throughout your shift.
- Allocate workloads and resources to ensure operational targets are achieved.
