Our client, a highly regarded company, is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the efficient management of their residential lettings portfolio and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a Lettings Administrator, coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Overseeing property check-outs and resolving any disputes regarding property damages or dilapidations.
- Handling AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) renewals and negotiating terms with tenants when required.
- Managing the collection of rent payments and ensuring accurate financial reporting to landlords.
- Administering the registration and de-registration of tenant deposits in line with legal requirements.
- Completing comprehensive property inventories and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
- Conducting annual rent reviews to align rental rates with the current market conditions.
- Managing rent guarantee policies, including renewals and claims handling.
- Assisting with tenant viewing inquiries and supporting other property management tasks as necessary.
