My client based in St Neots Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £30,000
Hybrid working: Option for 1 day per week from home after the first 3 months
Are you experienced in parts sales within the automotive, agricultural, HGV or grounds machinery sectors? Looking for your next opportunity in a varied, customer-focused role?
We're looking for a Parts Advisor to join a busy team in St Neots, supporting customers with parts identification, technical enquiries and order processing.
Working Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, with a choice of:
- 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
- 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Based in St Neots, with the option to work from home 1 day per week after the first 3 months.
The Role
- Provide parts advice and support to dealers, service centres and end-user customers.
- Identify the correct parts using electronic catalogues, technical manuals and exploded diagrams.
- Process sales orders accurately using internal computer systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries, offering technical guidance and suitable replacement options.
- Liaise with sales, service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Manage returns, warranty claims and stock availability enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service.
About You
- Experience in parts sales or a parts advisor role within agriculture
- Alternatively, experience in the motor trade, HGV or a related technical parts environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT skills, attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- A proactive, organised approach with a willingness to learn new products and systems.
