Join our team as a FLT Operative and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our despatch operation!
We are currently recruiting for an FLT Operator to carry out the day to day activities associated with a busy storage yard. This includes receiving, counting, and locating stock using a forklift truck or combi-lift truck. Picking and preparing customer orders accurately ensuring that high levels of quality are maintained. Loading vehicles in drop sequences whilst complying with stringent health and safety requirements.
Shift & Pay
6.30am- 2.30pm / 11.30am- 7.30pm (rotating weekly).
Requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays- 6.30am- 12.30pm.
£12.26ph (permanent contract is available)
Requirements
Nationally recognised Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSAAR etc) with a minimum of 1 year experience
Experience of operating a Side Loader would be extremely advantageous
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Self-disciplined with the ability to set and maintain high standards
Motivated to create a safe environment
Used to working outside
