About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machining experience who is looking to develop their skills within a growing and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions.
- Load and unload materials and components safely.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as required.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Record production data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and production colleagues.
Requirements

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
