Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a busy sales function within a growing manufacturing business.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and grow existing customer accounts while securing new business.
Identify new markets and commercial opportunities.
Lead and manage the sales process from enquiry to order.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts and profitability.
Ensure accurate costing, quotations and sales reporting.
Manage and develop the sales team.
Work closely with senior management to support the company's growth strategy.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You You will have proven experience in sales management and business development, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
You will be commercially minded, customer focused, and confident leading a team while building strong client relationships.
