Shift: am-3pm Friday) Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated Assembly Operative to work with an established manufacturing client in St Neots The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard, following technical drawings and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to production specifications.

Carry out quality checks on finished products.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report any faults or defects to the team leader or supervisor.

Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Work at pace whilst maintaining quality.

Skills & Experience Previous experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment preferred (training can be provided).

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
