Location: Huntingdon

Shift: 08.00- 16.30

Rate: £12.21ph

Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to work with an established manufacturing client in Huntingdon & St Neots.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard, following technical drawings and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts and components according to production specifications.
  • Carry out quality checks on finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report any faults or defects to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work at pace whilst maintaining quality.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an assembly, production, or manufacturing environment preferred (training can be provided).
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
