We are looking for confident and experienced support workers, who are dedicated to supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, this would be within supported living homes of 3-4 residents. This role will require you to be confident with moving and handling, administering medication and supporting service users with behaviour which challenges. Job Requirements Minimum of six months UK care experience (supporting adults with learning disabilities) Genuine caring nature. Following and contributing to care plans.
