We are seeking a skilled and motivated MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator to join our growing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabricator to work on high-quality engineering projects, supporting the manufacture, maintenance, and repair of specialist equipment and structural steelwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard on steel components and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair equipment, plant attachments, and structural steelwork.
  • Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing operations as required.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Support workshop maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and welding techniques.
  • Experience working with mild steel, structural steel, and heavy fabrication.
