Job Overview
Our client is a well-established structural steel fabrication company, delivering high-quality work across a range of commercial and industrial projects. They are currently seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder/Fabricator with experience in structural steel to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities

MIG welding of structural steel components to a high standard

Reading and interpreting fabrication/engineering drawings

Measuring, cutting, and assembling steel using appropriate tools and machinery

Maintaining quality and safety standards in line with company procedures

Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication

Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings

Skilled in the use of fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)

Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship

Relevant welding qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) preferred

CSCS card or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
