Job Title: Sales Engineer β Facades Sector
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and technically-minded Sales Engineer with proven Business Development experience in the facades industry to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-focused individual with deep knowledge of faΓ§ade systems, materials, and project cycles to play a key role in expanding our client base and project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facades sector

Manage and develop relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and consultants

Provide technical support and product knowledge throughout the sales process

Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Collaborate with the internal design and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met

Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
Requirements:

Minimum 3β5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the facades sector (essential)

Strong understanding of cladding systems, curtain walling, rainscreen facades, or related building envelope products

Technical background or qualification in engineering, construction, or architecture (preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed
