We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Sawtry .
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and is looking for a long-term position with a well-established organisation.
The Role As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying a range of components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality and production requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
Mixing and applying paint using spray equipment
Achieving a consistent, high-quality finish
Inspecting finished work and carrying out any necessary touch-ups
Following health and safety procedures and workplace regulations
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Working to production targets and deadlines
Reporting any defects or issues to the relevant supervisor
About You The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer , ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience using spray-painting equipment
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
