We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Injection Mould Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Yaxley, Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and minimising downtime.
The Role
- Setting, adjusting and maintaining injection moulding machines to achieve optimum performance.
- Carrying out tool changes safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting production issues.
- Reducing downtime and minimising scrap and rejects.
- Calibrating masterbatch units in line with setting sheets and production requirements.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and cycle time targets.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards.
