We’re currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in the Luton area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing precision components to tight tolerances.

The Role:

  • Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
  • Working with materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
  • Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
  • Producing high-quality components to precise specifications
  • Conducting basic inspection and quality checks
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller (setting/operating/programming)
  • Background in precision engineering or high-spec manufacturing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls (desirable)
