We’re currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in the Luton area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing precision components to tight tolerances.
The Role:
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
- Working with materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality components to precise specifications
- Conducting basic inspection and quality checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller (setting/operating/programming)
- Background in precision engineering or high-spec manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls (desirable)
