About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their busy factory team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, and proactive in supporting welding and fabrication requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- General fabrication: cutting, drilling, sawing, and metal work
- Reading and working from drawings accurately
- Operating equipment safely and following procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Reporting defects promptly
- Supporting other teams when required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year TIG welding experience
- Competent in TIG/MIG welding and sheet metal work
- Ability to read machine drawings accurately
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with hand tools is an advantage
