Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Transport: Own transport required due to rural location

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our well-established manufacturing team in the Southwest. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with machinery and takes pride in keeping a busy workshop running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery
  • Diagnose faults, replace parts and ensure equipment runs efficiently
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Support installations, refurbishments and upgrades of machinery and control panels
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with production teams to improve reliability

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance (industrial, workshop or manufacturing)
  • Confident working from diagrams, manuals and technical instructions
  • Strong fault-finding skills and preventative maintenance knowledge
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong team focus
