We are recruiting experienced Bar and Waiting Staff for well-established, high-end hospitality venues in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for polished and reliable hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering first-class service in an elegant, fast-paced environment.
The Role
You may work across restaurant service, functions, private events and busy bar operations. Duties will include: Welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional serviceTaking food and drink orders accuratelyServing meals, wines and other beveragesPreparing and maintaining bar and dining areasSupporting functions, weddings and special eventsHandling guest requests calmly and efficientlyFollowing food hygiene, licensing and health and safety proceduresWorking closely with the wider hospitality teamAbout You We are looking for candidates who: Have previous bar, restaurant, hotel or event experienceDeliver warm, discreet and polished customer serviceAre confident carrying trays and working in a busy environmentHave excellent communication and teamwork skillsMaintain a smart and professional appearanceAre punctual, dependable and flexibleCan work evenings, weekends and public holidays when requiredHave the right to work in the UKExperience in luxury hotels, fine dining, banqueting or premium events would be an advantage, although candidates with strong transferable hospitality experience will also be considered.
