We are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager with the works relating to overseeing commercial modular building in Plymouth, working for a national commercial contractor.
The selected candidate must have experience in managing modular and commercial projects, for example overseeing sub-contractors' work to ensure it is up to standard, being organised, and managing time effectively.
Responsibilities include ensuring all staff on site adhere to health and safety regulations and all other general site management duties required.
Must have black SMSTS, first aid, and full PPE.
