Key Responsibilities Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and hedges.

Laying turf and wildflower areas.

Soil preparation, mulching, and ground improvement.

Installing planting schemes to landscape plans.

General landscape maintenance and aftercare.

Operating hand tools and small machinery safely.

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.

Working effectively as part of a team and following health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in soft landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.

Good plant knowledge is desirable.

A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
