We are currently seeking a reliable IPAF Labourer to join a client on a project based in Bourton on the Water, Oxford. The successful candidate will assist with general site duties and operate MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms) as required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist trades and site teams with day-to-day tasks.
  • Operate MEWPs safely and efficiently (IPAF licence required).
  • Move and handle materials around site.
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Follow site health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Carry out general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid IPAF licence (essential).
  • Previous experience as a site labourer.
  • CSCS card preferred.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • £18.00 CIS per hour, paid weekly.
  • Supportive site team and good working conditions.
