Interaction Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Cambridge Office. We offer an excellent salary, superb bonus, car/car allowance, and incentives.

We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of the local area who is passionate about providing a professional service and can contribute to our continued growth. You must have the drive and desire to succeed while developing your network of clients and candidates from our centrally located Cambridge Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- This is a sales role - identify, follow up and convert leads to generate new business
- Excellent negotiation skills to increase revenue
- Carry out canvassing to find candidates their next role
- Telemarketing, market research, e-mail shots, visiting clients
- Build lasting client relationships
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs
- Manage and maintain candidates
- Guide candidates through the application process
- Post job ads, CV screening
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a sales/business development role is essential
- A real hunger to succeed
- Ambition to drive the business upwards in a positive manner - results orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Full driving licence essential
